Darmaji School is one of the EBPP schools where students excel in creative arts. To continue enhancing their skills and interest in art, we started collaborating with the ‘Seeds for a Child’ community who are introducing various new art techniques.
In this art skills development process, students are being taught technique using watercolor paper, leaves, and glass that utilize sunlight. They are also learning ‘leaf printing’, known as nature printing as well as how to recycle used paper and photography techniques.
After several skill development sessions, the students have shown rapid progress in practice. They are very enthusiastic and enjoy every stage of these art learning processes. By acquiring this new creative arts knowledge, it is hoped that students can understand the importance of recycling and reusing materials, as well as better appreciate the beauty of nature and the importance of environmental preservation.
Moreover, we hope that students can effectively use their skills in the outside world and their surroundings, which will be very useful for their future enjoyment and potential.
