Transforming Education from Within: EBPP’s Teachers' Growth and Connection

On April 15th, EBPP organized a one-day team building event for all teachers. The event aimed to enhance individual capacity and strengthen teamwork through workshops and team-building activities facilitated by CN Management Bali.

The day started with a workshop led by two experienced psychologists—one specializing in clinical psychology and the other in educational psychology. They shared valuable insights on how teachers can better understand, motivate, and guide students, especially those facing behavioural challenges or psychological difficulties. The session was engaging and interactive, allowing teachers to discuss real-life school cases and explore effective strategies from a psychological perspective. 

A key message was that when students feel safe, accepted, confident, and valued, they are more likely to reach their potential. It was also emphasized that change takes time, but through consistent effort, open communication, and ongoing evaluation, students will gradually adapt.

In the afternoon, teachers took part in fun and dynamic team-building games designed to foster collaboration and strengthen bonds. The activities created a lively, supportive atmosphere, encouraging unity and shared purpose. This outing provided not only professional growth but also a refreshing moment for all teachers, reinforcing EBPP’s commitment to holistic and impactful education.
