What does real learning look like in a Guidance and Counseling class? Sometimes, it begins with a simple yet powerful question: ‘How do you feel?’
In today’s session, students explored three fundamental emotions — happiness, sadness, and anger. Through small-group discussions, drawings, and personal sharing, they reflected on real situations from their daily lives. The goal was not only to talk about emotions, but to understand them.
As the session unfolded, the classroom became a safe and respectful space. Students listened attentively, shared honestly, and learned that every emotion is valid. They realized that feeling sad or angry is not a weakness — it is a natural part of being human. What truly matters is how we manage those feelings.
This Guidance and Counseling activity reinforced an important message: education is not only about academic success, but also about developing emotional awareness, empathy, and resilience for life.
