At EBPP schools, we continually strive to find creative ways to encourage reading as part of our students’ everyday lives. Our literacy activities are designed not only to improve reading skills but also to help students truly enjoy the habit of reading and be eager to pick up a book to enjoy in their leisure time!

During reading time, students choose books they are interested in and read at their own pace. This simple activity helps them build focus, curiosity, and a deeper connection with what they read.

As a teacher, I always try to make reading sessions meaningful. Each week, I give students a free reading period where they can explore stories, facts, and ideas that inspire them. After reading, we share thoughts and favorite parts together.

This small but consistent effort helps students see reading as something enjoyable and valuable, not just a school task. Through these literacy activities, EBPP schools continue to nurture a strong reading culture and encourage students to become confident, curious, and lifelong learners.
