As 2025 draws to a close, the East Bali Poverty Project (EBPP) Education Team held a Coordination Meeting as a key part of our evaluation and sustainable planning process to reflect on the progress of the educational programs over the past year, while also formulating concrete steps to address the challenges ahead.

During the meeting, each department presented performance reports, program achievements, and the challenges encountered throughout 2025. The discussions were open and constructive, focusing on efforts to improve student literacy, strengthen the quality of educational services through home visits, and optimize collaboration among units. Adjustments to EBPP’s assessment system were also highlighted as an important step to ensure a more relevant and meaningful learning process.

Beyond evaluation, the meeting emphasized aligning the foundation’s vision and mission to remain responsive to changing times and the educational needs of children in the supported communities. Refining policy direction, program priorities, and work strategies formed a crucial foundation in preparing for 2026.

This coordination meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of the entire EBPP education team to uphold professionalism, integrity, and a strong spirit of service in delivering impactful and sustainable education programs in the year ahead.
