This year, once again, EBPP elementary, junior, and senior high school students participated in Porjar (Pekan Olahraga Pelajar), a multi-level student sports competition held from the village level up to the district level. The sub-district competition took place on March 23–24, 2026, providing a valuable platform for students to develop their talents, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit in various sports, including athletics, chess, and martial arts.

In athletics, students showed great effort and determination. Junior high students competed in the 800-meter race, while senior high students participated in the 100-meter sprint, long jump, and shot put. Although they performed well, they did not advance to the district level. In chess, students also demonstrated strong strategy and critical thinking, but did not qualify for the next stage.

A proud achievement came from shot put, where Bunga Mara, a 7th-grade student, won 3rd place.

The biggest success came from pencak silat, a traditional Indonesian martial art. Deva, a 6th-grade student from EBPP Manikaji, improved from 2nd place at the village level to 1st place at the sub-district level. Meanwhile, Pranata (junior high girl), Oka Susila, and Pranata (senior high boy), all from EBPP Manikaji, advanced directly to the district level. All four athletes have qualified for the district competition.

This achievement is a great source of pride for EBPP. While not advancing in all sports, the experience gained is valuable and will inspire students to keep improving and striving for excellence.

Let's support their journey and help them keep going!
