From Village to Province Level: Deva’s Inspiring Journey

Hard work, discipline, and determination can take us further than we ever imagined. This has been proven by Deva, a 6th Grade student from EBPP Manikaji School, who achieved an outstanding result at the Student Sports Week (PORJAR) Pencak Silat competition.
Deva’s journey began at the village level, where he demonstrated his skills, confidence, and fighting spirit to win 1st place. His success continued as he advanced to the sub-district and regency levels, where he secured 1st place at both and earned the opportunity to represent Karangasem Regency at the provincial competition.
Competing against the best athletes from across Bali, Deva faced an even greater challenge. With strong determination, he performed at his best and successfully reached the final round and achieved an impressive 3rd place victory at the provincial level!
This achievement is a proud moment not only for Deva, but also for EBPP Manikaji School, his coaches, and his family, who have supported him throughout his journey.
Deva’s story reminds us that with passion, perseverance, and consistent effort, we can continue to grow and achieve our dreams. Congratulations, Deva! Keep inspiring others and reaching for greater achievements in the future.
