Learning and Adapting Through Curriculum Changes

Education is constantly changing, and as teachers, we also need to keep learning and adapting. One of the valuable learning experiences I recently had was through discussions and mentoring with Bu Sari, a district-level education supervisor, particularly around the changes introduced through the 2025 Curriculum.
With her experience, clear guidance and strong commitment to education, Bu Sari shared many useful insights and suggestions. Our discussions helped me better understand the changes in the curriculum and think about how they can be applied in ways that are relevant and beneficial to our students at EBPP Schools.
What I particularly appreciated was the encouragement to look beyond simply understanding the curriculum. We were also encouraged to think creatively about our teaching approaches and continue exploring ways to make learning more meaningful and responsive to students’ needs.
As teachers working with children in remote mountain communities, these opportunities to learn and exchange ideas are especially valuable. They remind us that improving education is an ongoing process, and that teachers also need support and opportunities to grow.
Thank you, Bu Sari, for sharing your knowledge, guidance and encouragement. May this spirit of learning and collaboration continue to strengthen education at EBPP School and create greater opportunities for our students.
