OSIS: Inauguration of the 2016–2017 Members

May 5th was a proud day for the 22 newly elected OSIS (Student Council) members as they held their inauguration ceremony at EBPP Ban HQ to officially hand over the rights and responsibilities to the new members.

The program opened with the singing the Indonesian National Anthem and a prayer. The atmosphere was solemn yet joyful, with smiles and bright faces throughout. After signing the minutes of inauguration, the former OSIS president, Eti, handed over the document to the new president, Wilasmi, symbolizing the transfer of rights and responsibilities of the student council, with the following emotional speech: 

“Thank you for trusting me as your leader. Over the past year, I’ve learned a lot and worked together with all of you to lead the Student Council’s programs while improving our skills in discipline, communication, teamwork, and leadership. I hope the new OSIS members will continue this progress and set an example for other students”

“Thank you for your support in electing me as the new OSIS president. I hope we can work together to continue the success of OSIS programs, aligned with our vision to make our school a safe and friendly space for students to express their ideas and initiatives.” Wilasmi, the new OSIS president, expressed her gratitude

As this new journey begins for the 2016–2017 EBPP OSIS, may they continue and strengthen the progress of the OSIS action plan while leading EBPP students toward an ever brighter future!
