Teachers’ regular meetings are an important stage of EBPP teachers’ Continuous Professional Development, for which we hold a learning community meeting at the end of each month.

These meetings discuss various aspects of students’ development at school, such as the evaluation of learning outcomes and the challenges students face during the learning process. In addition, teachers exchange ideas and collaborate in developing syllabi and continuously improving the curricula.

As the second semester is coming to an end, the focus of the March month-end meeting also included preparing for the final graduation examinations, which will be held in the coming weeks.

These regular meetings aim to improve the quality of education, especially in classroom learning, encourage collaboration among teachers, and help them better understand and implement the curriculum.

Through these meetings, teachers can gain new ideas and solutions to challenges they face in teaching, which ultimately helps students experience more engaging and easier-to-understand learning.
